Operating at Alert Levels 1-4

We hope that all facilities will be available to the public. These will be operated under the governments level 1 guidelines.

Level 2

Activities remain closed (**please note this could change). Lodge Accommodation, Conference Facilities, Café/Restaurant, Bar and River Valley Acres will be open, and operate under the governments level 2 guidelines. This will restrict some accommodation, conference, and dining options.

Staff will be available for phone and email messages regarding enquiries, bookings, or cancellations.

Level 3

Lodge Accommodation, Conference Facilities, Bar and Activities remain closed. We will only be operating contactless pick up and delivery from our Café/Restaurant and River Valley Acres. This will be operated in accordance with the governments level 3 guidelines.

Staff will be available for phone and email messages regarding enquiries, bookings, or cancellations.

All our facilities are closed. Staff will be available for phone and email messages regarding enquiries, bookings, or cancellations.

If you show COVID-19 Symptoms

1. If you show COVID-19 symptoms before your visit to River Valley we ask that you postpone your booking for the safety of our staff and other guests.

2.  If you show COVID-19 symptoms while at River Valley we ask that you notify a staff member so they can guide you through the next steps to take.

All visitors to River Valley should scan in using our QR code, or sign in manually, for contact tracing.
